Order processing

All orders are processed same day excluding weekends.

 

Delivery speed

All orders are shipped with the fastest available option for each of the countries we ship to. Most of the orders arrive within 2-4 business days.

 

Order modifications

Orders are prepared and processed quickly, so changes upon customer request cannot be guaranteed. However, if you’d like to make any changes to your order please email us at support@vitalbites.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request or find the best solution.

 

Shipping and tracking

As soon as an order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent, from which the customer can track their order.

In the event that the customer is not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company will contact them in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt.

During peak seasons (like Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Christmas), courier companies may experience a slight delay in delivery. Every status update will be notified to you, and you will have access to all tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
